Maltese cuisine is a reflection of its millenial heritage and varied culture with a taste of Italy, a hint of North African spice mixed into an inimitable local flavour.
The Reef Club at the five-star Westin Dragonara Resort in St Julians offers a taste of the freshest Maltese gastronomy with a pool-side BBQ of locally caught fish, straight off the “luzzu” fishing boat onto the grill and on your plate.
And delegates who wish to get stuck in to the kitchen can take cooking lessons in private Maltese homes. The lessons are organised by local Quality Assured DMC Colours of Malta. Guests are split into small groups and are taught by home cooks how to prepare Maltese specialities.
